ANYTHING IS A LEGITIMATE AREA OF INVESTIGATION

Because it will be quite cold, EPACC will meet at 8am on Friday 13th January 2017 inside the Washington State Convention Center on level 2, at the south end of the building in the “International Meeting Place” near Juicy Cafe. You can’t bring your bike inside, nor can you use a camp stove. However, we are adjacent to Freeway Park if you need to step outside. We will be able to observe and discuss Jenny Holzer’s artwork Selections from Truism, Living and Survival Series. Says the WSCC: “Jenny Holzer’s work excerpts text from three of her early series, addressing power, violence, war, and death with succinct statements on LED signs.”

Here’s a map. Probably the easiest way to get there is to enter the convention center on Pike Street and take the escalators to level 2.
